Born in the State of Missouri
Births from 1920 to present (Births prior to 1920 are available through the Bureau of Vital Records in Jefferson City, MO, 573-751-6378.)
Identification – one primary document with your name and photo such as driver’s license, U.S. military card, U.S. passport, work or school ID OR at least two alternate identification documents which contain your name and the name of the company or organization issuing the document.
We issue certified copies of birth certificates for $15.00 each.

Deaths from 1980 to present. (Deaths prior to 1980 are available through the Bureau of Vital Records in Jefferson City, MO, 573-751-6378.)
Identification – one primary document with your name and photo such as driver’s license, U.S. military card, U.S. passport, work or school ID OR at least two alternate identification documents which contain your name and the name of the company or organization issuing the document.
We issue certified copies of death certificates for $14.00 for the first copy and $11.00 for each additional copy purchased at the same time.
