We are excited to be offering parenting classes aimed towards expecting parents, before week 20 of pregnancy. These classes go over pregnancy and delivery including: the third trimester of pregnancy, labor, comfort techniques, medical procedures, cesarean birth, and postpartum care. We also include information on caring for newborns such as newborn traits, newborn behaviors, crying & comforting, feeding, diapering, bathing, nail care, dressing, newborn health, and newborn safety.
Perinatal classes are being offered in two separate 8-week cycles in 2026. Please see the above photo for the first set of dates.

Classes are about two hours long and the course consists of eight classes total, which are scheduled every two weeks.
If expecting parents attend all eight classes, they will receive a prize at the conclusion of the course!
Expecting parents, ideally before they reach twenty weeks of pregnancy.
